FLYHT’s CrossConsense to Collaborate on Aircraft Data Migration for European Flag Carrier

CrossConsense to provide data migration to AMOS

 Calgary, Alberta – September 28, 2023 – FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (“FLYHT”) (TSX-V: FLY) (OTCQX: FLYLF), today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, CrossConsense GmbH & Co. KG (“CrossConsense”), has been engaged by a leading management consultancy with a deep European heritage and strong international footprint to manage an aircraft data migration project for one of its airline clients, a large flag carrier in Europe. As part of the collaboration, CrossConsense’s aircraft data management solution will play a key role in the migration of aircraft data from a legacy MRO system to AMOS.

This contract will commence in October and is valued at approximately €662,000, provided that all services are delivered over the two-year term of the agreement.
