FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. and L-3 Aviation Recorders Sign Agreement to Provide SatCom Solutions for Major OEM

Calgary, AB, May 22, 2012 – FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (TSX-V: FLY) (the “Company” or ”FLYHT”) has signed an agreement with L-3 Aviation Recorders (“L-3 AR”) to sell, certify, produce and support FLYHT’s real-time data communications and SatCom solution to L-3 AR customers. FLYHT and L-3 AR will provide FLYHT’s Automated Flight Information Reporting System (“AFIRS”) 228S to L-3 AR customers for installation on new aircraft. This solution offers customers the ability to provide voice and data communications anywhere in the world through the Iridium network. Director General speaks highly of FLYHT

The Daily Independent paper in Lagos recently interviewed Dr. Demuren, the Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA). FLYHT has been working with the NCAA since March of 2010. The commissioning of the NCAA’s Flight Tracking Operations Command Centre took place in April 2011.
