CALGARY, May 23 /CNW/ – AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (“AMA”) is pleased to announce the appointment to the board of directors of Mr. J.W (Jack) Olcott
and Mr. Paul Takalo to replace Mr. Tim Morgan of Alberta and Ms. Christine
Larkin of Ontario. Ms. Larkin is retiring from the Board after being involved
with Aeromechanical since the inception of the Company. Mr. Morgan is resigning from the Board due to potential conflicts of interest. We wish to
