FLYHT is in search of a talented, technically savvy individual that enjoys being a jack of trades and wants variety in their day to day role. This role combines help desk and IT support with office administration duties.
The Help Desk / Office Administrator will provide efficient technical assistance on computer systems, office equipment, the IT network and servers, as well as well provide general administrative support to co-workers in order to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Our star candidate with be an exceptional problem solver, prides themselves on their organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively to a varied group of personalities. Obviously, the star we are looking for knows their way around Windows based networks and managing smaller corporate networks.

Airlines, leasing companies, fractional owners and original equipment manufacturers have installed the Automated Flight Information Reporting System (AFIRSTM) on their aircraft to capture, process and stream aircraft data with real-time alerts. AFIRS sends this information through satellite networks to the UpTimeTM cloud-based data center, which provides aircraft operators with direct insight into the operational status and health of their aircraft and enables them to take corrective action to maintain the highest standard of operational control.
