Calgary, Alberta – January 16, 2012 — AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (TSX-V: AMA) (the “Company” or “AMA”) has signed a contract with an airline that will become the Company’s largest Canadian customer for seven Automated Flight Information Reporting System (“AFIRSTM“) 220 and 12 of the next generation AFIRS 228B, for a total of 19 aircraft.

The contract requires AMA to install AFIRS 220 and AFIRS 228B on Boeing 737-200, 767-200F and ATR–42/72 aircraft. The airline has been in business for over half a century and operates in major Canadian centres and remote northern regions. The airline also operates charter flights within the country.

“We are extremely pleased to welcome this Canadian operator as a new customer,” commented Matt Bradley, VP of Business Development at AMA. “With this addition, our Canadian customer list is now at eight airlines. The airline has indicated to us that our technology will add significant value to their operation and reinforce their commitment to safety and efficiency.”

AFIRS will enable real-time flight following and 24/7 connectivity between the aircraft and operations through the Iridium satellite communications system. The airline will also utilize AMA’s other services including engine trending, airframe and engine exceedances, and Out, Off, On and In times. The airline will use the data AFIRS provides to operate its Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) program, a type of safety monitoring program.

AMA will provide equipment and services to the airline over a five-year contract. Installations are scheduled to begin within the year and be completed over the next 18 months. If AMA completes installation on all contracted aircraft and provides recurring service for the full term of the agreement, gross revenue to AMA will be approximately $1,945,260 USD, excluding optional services. The installations for the Boeing 767-200F and ATR–42/72 will commence upon AMA receiving all necessary certifications and no issues are anticipated for the completion of the certifications.

This disclosure as it relates to this agreement is subject to the following disclaimer:

When a contract is initially signed, the intended number of aircraft, pricing and potential installation schedules is agreed to by the parties. The actual installation schedules as well as the number and types of aircraft are often revised throughout the term of the agreement as the airline realigns its fleet of aircraft with its business requirements. Delays in installations can and do occur which can affect the total value of the contracts such that the revenues noted above may not be fully achieved. Fulfilment of the contract terms may also be affected if there are any changes to government statutes, regulations or rules of the applicable governing bodies. The contract terms and values disclosed herein are based on the original information available to AMA upon execution of the contract and are subject to change. For the actual revenue earned, please see AMA’s financial statements including its revenue recognition policy disclosed within the notes to the Audited Annual Financial Statements.

Calgary, Alberta – December 8, 2011 – AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (TSX-V: AMA) (the “Company” or “AMA”) is pleased to announce it has received a patent from the European Patent Office for the Aircraft Flight Data Management System. AMA owns all its patents outright and with the receipt of this patent, AMA has patents for its products and services on three continents.

The patent covers AMA’s signature trademarked product, the Automated Flight Information Reporting System (“AFIRSTM”). The first patent for this product was received in April 2007 from the United States Patent and Trademark office and a subsequent Certificate of Invention Patent from China was announced in a news release on June 1, 2011. Generally, other countries accept patent rights from Europe and theUnited States in their own jurisdictions.

“We are very pleased to receive the European patent,” saidBill Tempany, CEO of AeroMechanical Services. “With many of this year’s contracts fromEurope, we are glad to have this security for our products in the European market. We will closely monitor these jurisdictions and will enforce our rights to the technology should competitors infringe on our patent.”

The European patent relates to the delivery of data from airborne hardware through ground-based infrastructure and covers everything that AMA currently provides its clients.

About AFIRS

AMA’s Automated Flight Information Reporting System (“AFIRS”) is installed on aircraft and monitors hundreds of essential functions from the plane and the black box. AFIRS sends that information to the UpTimeTM Server on the ground, which stores and transfers the data to the airline in real-time. Airlines can use this information to increase passenger safety, improve productivity, maximize efficiency and enhance profitability. In addition to its data monitoring functions, AFIRS provides voice and text messaging capabilities that give pilots the ability to communicate with ground support. AMA offers global satellite coverage, providing service to whoever needs it, when they need it, anywhere on the planet.

Calgary, Alberta – December 2, 2011 — AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (TSX-V: AMA) (“AMA” or the “Company”), announced today it has learned that it has been named as a Defendant in an action brought by Sierra Nevada Corporation (“SNC”) in the state of Utah seeking damages for the non-payment of invoices totaling approximately $2,042,000 along with interest and costs. The claims are in breach of contract, debt and unjust enrichment. AMA had previously commenced arbitration proceedings against SNC in Alberta. AMA will be contesting the jurisdiction of the Utah court and will be asserting that Alberta is the convenient forum for the determination of both disputes. Pursuant to a press release dated November 18, 2011, AMA had previously announced that it had filed an application with the Court of Queen’s Bench ofAlberta against SNC seeking the appointment of an arbitrator as a result of the absence of progress regarding the outstanding accounts payable. AMA has claimed damages in the amount of $1,329,976 (US) and $2,650,000 (CDN).

The Company and SNC were working together on the development of the Automated Flight Information Reporting System (“AFIRSTM”) 228. Late in 2010, AMA’s management recognized the progress on the AFIRS 228 was not on track, delayed and over budget and moved development in-house. Since then, the Company has been attempting to resolve the issue with SNC. To date, there has been no satisfactory resolution found and in order to make progress, AMA terminated the License and Manufacturing Agreement that was executed on December 29, 2008 for material breach and has asked the Court of Queen’s Bench ofAlberta to appoint an arbitrator to resolve the outstanding issues. The Court as appointed an arbitrator, and the appointment may be contested by SNC.

Calgary, Alberta – November 29, 2011 — AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (TSX-V: AMA) (the “Company” or “AMA”) has signed a contract with a Nigerian airline for the Automated Flight Information Reporting System (“AFIRSTM“) 220.

The contract requires AMA to install the AFIRS 220 on six Fokker 100 aircraft for a leading domestic operator inNigeria. The airline runs many flight segments a day and will use AFIRS to automate data, gain operational data accuracy from its aircraft and increase operational efficiency. The customer will benefit from all AFIRS features, including automated Out, Off, On and In times, engine trending, airframe and engine exceedances, flight tracking and satellite voice communications.

The airline is another operator inNigeria taking steps to follow the recommendations of Dr. Harold Demuren, Director General of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (“NCAA”), to implement a flight tracking system to increase safety and improve airline operational efficiency.

“We are pleased to welcome another Nigerian customer,” said Bill Tempany, CEO of AMA. “The Company has made strong headway inNigeriain 2011, including selling AFIRS to two airlines and establishing two operations command centres. We plan to continue building relationships in this expanding market in the New Year.”

AMA will provide equipment and services to the airline over a five year contract. Installations are scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2012. If AMA completes installation on all contracted aircraft and provides recurring service for the full term of the agreement, gross revenue to AMA will be approximately $855,240 USD, excluding optional services. AMA holds all necessary certifications for the Fokker 100 aircraft.

Calgary, Alberta – November 28, 2011 — AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (TSX-V: AMA) (“AMA” or the “Company”), won an Alberta Export Award in the Advancing Technologies category at a ceremony hosted by the Alberta division of the Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters (“CME”) in Edmonton on Friday.

The Alberta Export Awards pay tribute to the innovative approaches and contributions of Alberta export companies. The Advancing Technologies category recognizes “companies and organizations that harness the powers of intellectual property and value-added know how”.

This award celebrates the people in AMA’s sales, software, engineering, customer support, manufacturing and quality organizations that allow the Company to be a world-class provider of Alberta grown technologies. The support from organizations such as the CME, Export Development Canada, Industry Canada, through its Industrial Research Assistance Program (“IRAP”) and other government agencies help companies like AMA compete in the global economy and dedicated staff, investors and customers allow us to succeed around the world.

“The Company is honored to be recognized with an Alberta Export Award,” commented Bill Tempany, CEO. “We have had to work hard to overcome many of the challenges involved with exporting, though we have had success with our model because of the resources, level of expertise and outstanding technology available in the Province of Alberta.”

“This award is for the staff of AMA who have weathered 9/11, the economic turmoil of the last 10 years, the rigors of the global aviation world and built best of breed, made in Canada products, sold and supported them internationally and continue to push the envelope on technologies as they evolve.”

AMA’s key product, the Automated Flight Information Reporting System (“AFIRSTM”) is operated by over 35 customers globally. One reason why AMA was selected for the award is that a majority of the Company’s revenue, over 80% is achieved through export sales, yet AFIRS is built in the province using local technology, experts and staff.

Selection criteria was based on the demonstration of a year-to-year percentage growth in the value of export sales, ability to overcome challenges or obstacles in a new international market, use of innovation and strategies to promote brand awareness in the market and growth in business as a result of entering an international marketplace.

As an award recipient, the Company is also featured in December’s edition of the Alberta Venture Magazine.

Calgary, Alberta – November 18, 2011 — AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (TSX-V: AMA) (“AMA” or the “Company”), announced today it has filed an application with the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta against Sierra Nevada Corporation (“SNC”) seeking the appointment of an arbitrator as a result of the absence of progress on discussions regarding outstanding accounts payable.

The two companies were working together on the development of the Automated Flight Information Reporting System (“AFIRSTM”) 228. Late in 2010, AMA’s management recognized the progress on the AFIRS 228 was not on track, delayed and over budget and moved development in-house. Since then the Company has been attempting to resolve the outstanding issues with SNC. To date, there has been no satisfactory resolution found and in order to make progress AMA has terminated the License and Manufacturing Agreement that was executed on December 29, 2008 for material breach and asked the courts to appoint an arbitrator to resolve the outstanding issues.

AMA is claiming damages in the amount of $1,329,976 (US) and $2,650,000 (CDN) for the breach of the agreement.

Calgary, Alberta – November 14, 2011 — AeroMechanical Services Ltd. (TSX-V: AMA) (“AMA” or the “Company”), today will ship the first three production units of the next generation Automated Flight Information Reporting System (“AFIRSTM”) 228B to customers for implementation and integration testing.

The production units passed the quality assurance tests conducted by the Company prior to shipment as well as all hardware and software tests.

“The first shipment of 228 units is a major accomplishment and milestone for AMA,” commented Bill Tempany, CEO. “As with many of our 228 development achievements this year, this shipment is an indication of the Company’s success and hard work with our new product. The customers are excited to be the first to install this revolutionary technology.”

“Our team has worked extremely hard to reach this stage and it is important that we celebrate the shipment as it will propel us into the next stages of development.”

AMA will receive Supplemental Type Certificates (“STCs”) on many models when flight tests are completed later this year. A provisions STC has already been received for the Boeing 777, the Bombardier CRJ 900 and the Hawker 987 series and a launch installation has been completed on the Hawker. The equipment must undergo a flight test to complete each STC and the CRJ 900 will be the next to fly.

The 228B is the first release in the series of 228 products, which are a new generation of AMA’s AFIRS product line that has been delivered to over 35 customers globally for installation on over 300 aircraft on all seven continents. When the AFIRS 228S is completed in early 2012, the AFIRS 228 family will be fully certified to provide safety services, voice, data, text, and electronic flight bag (“EFB”) integration, including support of ACARS over Iridium and FANS over Iridium. It is anticipated that one version of the 228 – the 228U – will provide Link 2000+ Controller Pilot Data Link Communications (“CPDLC”) compliance for some aircraft types and will be available before the EU deadlines. The AFIRS 228 will be the first safety services certified platform to provide real-time data streaming through FLYHTStream, the Company’s patent pending triggered data streaming facility.
