FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (TSX.V:FLY) Releases Third Quarter Report
Calgary, Alberta – November 6, 2012 – FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. (TSX-V: FLY) (the “Company” or “FLYHT”) has released its 2012 Third Quarter Report. A live conference call to discuss the third quarter results will be held today, Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at 3 pm MT (5 pm ET).
FLYHT’s 2012 Third Quarter Report contains the President and CEO’s Message, Management Discussion and Analysis and Financial Statements. The Report has been posted to the Company’s website and can be accessed at http://www.flyht.com/investors/financial-reports-results-centre/. The MD&A and Financial Statements have also been sent to SEDAR and will be accessible at www.sedar.com.
The conference call will include a brief presentation about the third quarter results and then a question and answer period with management.

FLYHT Commences Line Installation on Bombardier CRJ900

(the “Corporation“) (TSX Venture: FLY) announced today that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement. Pursuant to the private placement, 1,000,000 common shares of the Corporation were subscribed for by Bill Tempany, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, at a price of $0.20 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $200,000 (the “Offering“) to the Corporation. No warrants will be issued as part of this private placement.
